Step 1:

After selecting the item of your choice, click on 'Add to Cart' link provided next to the item details.


Step 2:

On this Next Page, you have fill out your personal information in the fields provided. Information includes your instructions or gift message if any and also your desired Password, which will enable you to track your package later. You also have to decide whether, you want standard fittings or custom alterations as per your body shape and size. If you want Standard fittings then just click on the space next to the 'Standard Fittings' and then go straight to the bottom of the page and click 'SUBMIT'. If you want Custom Alterations then just click on the space next to the 'Custom Alterations' and then carefully measure yourself and fill in your body measurements as shown in the charts therein. .
Remember :-

1. All measurements are in inches.
2. Measure yourself just prior to placing an order.
3. Fill in all these measurements before ordering.
4. If possible, have someone else measure.
5. Measure over undergarments.
6. Do not make extra allowances.
7. Do not pull tape too tight.

All dresses will have standard Four inch Loosing over your body measurements & Four inch covered stitched margin. After you have filled in your measurements, Click on the 'Submit' button which will display your shopping cart and the items you have selected. Here you can add more items or remove existing ones you have selected. Or you can select the 'Pay Up And Finish' button and complete your purachase by paying by Master, Visa, American Express or Discover cards. We will then send you a confirming E-mail which consists of information regarding your Order Number and pass word and details of your order. It is advisable to make a note of the order number and password as a reference for any further communication with us and also to enable to track your package.

What is a shopping cart?
The shopping cart is a virtual carry cart that displays the number of items you have chosen to purchase along with the total purchase amount. You can update your order by adding / removing items, etc. in the shopping cart. It provides complete information about the items you have chosen.

How do I cancel my order?
Please note that cancellations have to be made within 12 hours after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email at seasons@vsnl.com and giving the reference of your order number, product details and the price. Orders cannot be cancelled if your ordered package has left our premises for delivery at your place through D.H.L. couriers. No cancellation charges will be payable by you if your package has not left our premises.


What is Return Policy of SeasonsIndia.com?
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases when your ordered item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made by you within two days from the receipt of the package. Such request should be made by getting in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email at seasons@vsnl.com and giving the reference of your order number, product details and the price. On receipt of your parcel, we shall immediately courier a replacement of the same products at our costs provided we find that our products were damaged in transit or that a wrong item was delivered to you. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items. In case a wrong item is delivered to you, you have the liberty to keep the package which we have mistakenly shipped to you or courier it back to us, whatever you deem fit. We will in any case, courier you your correct ordered dress/package. As far as our outfits, which are altered as per your specifications/ alterations, you should appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually altered as per your body shape and size and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided. Also, as far as our outfits, which are not altered, you should kindly bear in mind that relatively, fashion is an evolution. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we shall not be able to accept back your ordered dresses. Therefore, kindly be informed that SeasonsIndia.com will not be able to refund any online sales or exchange any of your ordered dresses at www.SeasonsIndia.com except in cases if your ordered dresses are damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. We respect customers ability to support SeasonsIndia.com's "no return no exchange" policy except in cases if your ordered dresses are damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you, to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion. SeasonsIndia.com firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual outfit ordered and that the body measurements supplied by you for alterations will be correct.


In What Currency Will I Be Charged For The Purchases I Make?
Prices on SeasonsIndia.com are inclusive of the shipping charges through DHL couriers and custom Alterations charges. On all our products, you will see an US Dollar price. The Credit card authorization of your card will be taken in U.S.Dollars by CCNow, our payment gateway-enabling partner. CCNow is one of America's premier credit card Authoriztion company and all your credit card information and details are entered on their 100% secure and hack proof servers. If you place your order from outside India for delivery outside India, you will be charged your local currency equivalent of the U.S.Dollar price, at the exchange rate when the order is confirmed or on the day when your current payment cycle ends.

How can I track my order parcel?
After your Order, you will receive an E-mail from SeasonsIndia.com confirming your order and you will be allotted an Order Id and your desired password. You can track your parcel by going to our Shop Zone section and click on the 'Track Your Order Status' button or else by clicking here . On that page, fill in your Order Id, Your Password and your E-mail Id and you will know the exact current status of your parcel.

Are Colour choices available for your displayed outfits?
Regarding colours, please request us the exact product No. of your desired dress. Such request should be made by getting in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email at seasons@vsnl.com and giving the reference of your desired outfits and our customer support executive will notify you the colours they are available in through E-mail within 24 hours.

Do You Deliver Worldwide?
All our products are delivered in India and worldwide using DHL courier service. All the prices of our Products are inclusive of India as well as Global shipping charges.


Do I have to pay customs duty at my end?
Many countries do not charge duty on garments for personal use. Other countries charge a very nominal duty. We will be more than happy to help you minimize payment of duty wherever possible. We ship on our private individual names and not on the name of SeasonsIndia thereby minimizing the risk of payment of any customs duty by you. Till now, we have not heard any of our U.S.A., Canadian or U.K. patrons having to pay any Customs Duty on our products. However these levies, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer.


How Is My Order Delivered To Me?
Our logistics partner DHL couriers will attempt delivery of the items thrice. Incase the delivery is not executed during these three attempts, due to a wrong address or the recipient being unavailable / premises being locked, the customers can call the Local DHL office and claim their parcels. Please note that the delivery of the items will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public holidays due to unavailability of courier service. Our customers can check the daily current status of their parcel through our 'Track your Order Status' page in the Shop Zone section of our site.

What is the lead time for delivery in USA, UK, Canada, India and other countries?
Orders from SeasonsIndia.com are delivered quickly anywhere in the world, by courier through our logistics partner DHL Couriers. We ship faster than anyone we know of. We ship items in stock the day after we receive the order. Our average delivery time to our Patrons in USA for orders without alterations was about 4 working days i.e. our American and Canadian Patrons received their favorite desired dresses in four working days flat from the date of their order. For Custom Alterations, it takes an additional day or two. Subject to the availability of stock, our minimum lead-time for delivery of any product is as follows:

Within India: 3 - 4 working days
U.S.A., Canada & U.K. : 12 working days
Other Countries: 7 - 10 working days

In case you choose a 'Cheque' or a 'Draft' payment option, the order will be processed only after your cheque or your Draft has been realized.
