Shivani
Kapur is Lakme's new face. Lakme will use her beauty and charm to launch its
new products and Shivani will endorse Lakme's new fashion statement this year
called "Think Brilliance -Think Lakme." Says Shivani, "I am able to project a
certain image, or a certain way. I have chosen to do Lakme not just because of
my looks. Personality was involved in the whole thing."

is just 17 years old but she is a very ambitious girl and believes in hard work
with a bit of luck. Born and brought up in London, Shivani always wanted to be
associated with fashion and limelight. Therefore she decided to come to India
and establish herself as a model here because she thinks that India is a beautiful
country with a promising future for her. When asked if she dreams to be an actress
and enter tinselworld, Shivani says,"I am yet to establish myself as the leading
model. Bollywood will have to wait."
Lately Shivani has participated
in The Lakme India Fashion Show for a host of fashion designers including Ritu
Kumar, Tarun Tahiliani, Aki Narula, Rocky S, J J Vallaya and Monisha Bajaj.
