WHOLE WHEAT PASTA WITH TOMATO GRAVY [Calorie Count: 240]

Ingredients:


FOR THE PASTA
100 GRAMS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
2 TEASPOONS OIL
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
FOR SERVING
1/2 RECIPE TOMATO GRAVY


Preparation :
Mix all the ingredients together and make a stiff dough by adding water. Knead very well and then kepp aside for 1/2 hour. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out very thinly. Cut into long strips using a noodle cutter or with a sharp knife. Boil plenty of water in a large vessel and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Put some noodles into the boiling water and cook for 1 minute. Remove the cooked noodles with a sieve and repeat for the remaining noodles. Drain the cooked noodles.
