VEGETABLE BARBECUE [Calorie Count: 76]


Ingredients:


200 GMS PANEER CHUNKS
1 ONION
1 TOMATO
1 CAPSICUM
1 CUP CARD
1 TSP GINGER PASTE
1 TSP GARLIC PASTE
1 TSP OIL
A PINCH OF TANDOORI COLOUR
1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
1 TSP CHAT MASALA
JUICE OF 1 LIME
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Drain off the water from the curd. Add ginger paste, lime juice, oil,garam masala, chat masala and salt to curd and mix well. Cut the capsicum and onion into big squares and add to the mixture cut the tomato into big squares, remove seeds a nd also add to the mixture. Take the paneer chunks and add to the curd mixture. Mix well and keep aside for 1\2 an hour.Take a skewer and insert one capsicum piece. Follow it up with a tomato and an onion piece then insert a paneer piece.Repeat till the skewer is full,leaving one inch on both sides empty grill or bake in the tandoor for five to 10 miuntes. Squeeze lime juice over them and serve hot.
