TOMATO CUPS WITH COTTAGE CHEESE [Calorie Count: 70]
(preparation time: 15 minutes,no cooking, serves 8.)

Ingredients:


8 MEDIUM SIZED TOMATOES
1 TEACUP PANEER
1/2 TEASPOON CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
1 TEACUP FINELY GRATED CABBAGE
1 TEACUP FRESH CURDS
SALT TO TASTE
CUCUMBER SLICES FOR GARNISHING


Preparation :
Cut out the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the centres. Sprinkle a little salt on the cabbage and keep aside for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the water. Mix the paneer, green chilli, cabbage, curds and salt. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture. Ifyou like, garnish with cucumber slices.
