STUFFED SPINACH LEAVES IN WHITE SAUCE [Calorie Count: 89]
(preparation time: 15 minutes, cooking time: 15 minutes, serves 4.)

Ingredients:


15 TO 20 SPINACH LEAVES
1 TEACUP WHITE SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON GRATED PANEER
FOR THE STUFFING
2 TEACUPS FINELY CHOPPED MIXED BOILED
VEGETABLES (CARROTS, CAULIFLOWER, FRENCH BEANS)
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED ONION
1/2 TEASPOON CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
2 TEASPOONS OIL
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Put the spinach leaves in salted hot water. After 10 minutes, remove from water. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 1/2 minute. Add the green chillies and fry again for a few seconds. Add the vegetables and salt and cook for 1 minute. Fill the spinachleaves with the stuffing and put them on a well greased baking dish. Spread the white sauce and paneer on top. Bake in a hot oven at 200c for 10 to 15 minutes.
