Ingredients:


2 TEACUPS SPROUTED MOONG
2 CHOPPED TOMATOES
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED CORIANDER
1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
2 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE
1 TEASPOON SUGAR
1 TEACUP CHOPPED CABBAGE
1/2 TEACUP GRATED CARROTS
1 CHOPPED ONION (OPTIONAL)
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Steam the sprouted moong for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and put to chill.
