SPINACH AND PANEER IN TOMATO GRAVY [Calorie Count: 67]
(preparation time: 15 minutes, cooking time: 15 minutes, serves 4.)

Ingredients:


4 TEACUPS SPINACH LEAVES
3 TABLESPOONS CRUMBLED PANEER
1 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
1 TEACUP TOMATO GRAVY
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Steam the spinach leaves for a few minutes. Chop the steamed spinach. Add the paneer, green chilli and salt. Spread the mixture on a baking dish and pour tomato gravy on top. Bake in a hot oven at 200c for 10 minutes.
