Ingredients:


CUP SEMOLINA
3/4 CUP SOUR CURD
TSP GINGER PASTE
1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
1 TBSP GRATED COCONUT
1 TSP SUGAR
1 TSP ENO FRUIT SALT
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Mix the sour curd and semolina throughly and keep aside for two hours. Add all the ingredients except the fruit salt. At the time of steaming, add the fruit salt and beat well. Grease small moulds with oil and pour the batter into them. Steam forhalf an hour. Remove from the fire, cool. Sprinkle seasoning, coconut and coriander leaves.
