Ingredients:


100 GRAMS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1/2 TEASPOON COARSELY POWDERED CUMIN SEEDS
1/2 TEASPOON COARSELY POWDERED PEPPERCORN
1/4 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER (OPTIONAL)
2 TEASPOONS OIL
1/4 TEASPOON SALT


Preparation :
Mix all the ingredients. Add water and prepare a stiff dough. Knead well. Divide the dough into 25 portions. Roll out into thin puris and prick with a fork. Arrange the puris on a baking tray. Bake in a hot oven at 200c for 15 minutes.
