ICED TEA [Calorie Count: 13]


Ingredients:


4 CUPS WATER
1 TSP ORDINARY TEA LEAVES
JUICE OF 1 LEMON
2 TBSP SUGAR
FEW MINT LEAVES TO GARNISH


Preparation :
Boil water with sugar. Remove from fire & add the tea leaves. Leave for 5-7 minutes to cool. Strain it. Cool. Chill the black tea. At serving time, squeeze in juice of 1 lemon. Serve in stemmed glasses garnished with a few finely chopped mint leaves.
