CURD SHORBA [Calorie Count: 98]

Ingredients:


4 TEACUPS FRESH CURDS
1 TEASPOON PLAIN FLOUR
1/4 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER
2 TABLESPOONS SKIM MILK
2 TEASPOONS GHEE
1/2 TEASPOON CUMIN SEEDS
1/2 ONION, FINELY CHOPPED (OPTIONAL)
2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
1/2 TEASPOON GRATED GINGER (OPTINAL)
2 TO 4 TEASPOONS CHOPPED TOMATOES
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED CUCUMBER
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED CORIANDER FOR TOPPING


Preparation :
Beat the curds, plain flour, turmeric powder and milk together. Heat the ghee and fry the cumin seeds until they crackle. Add the onion, green chillies and ginger and fry again for a few seconds. Add the curds mixture and boil for a few minutes. Add thetomatoes and cucumber and cook for 1 minute. Top with the chopped coriander.
