CAULIFLOWER WITH CHUTNEY [Calorie Count: 92]
(preparation time: 15 minutes, cooking time: 15 minutes, serves 6 to 8.)

Ingredients:


2 MEDIUM SIZED CAULIFLOWER
1 TABLESPOON CRUMBLED PANEER, FOR BAKING
TO BE GROUND INTO A CHUTNEY PASTE
1 TEACUP CHOPPED CORIANDER
4 GREEN CHILLIES
2 TABLESPOONS GRATED FRESH COCONUT
1 TEASPOON SUGAR
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
FOR THE SAUCE
2 FRESH TOMATOES
1 GRATED ONION
1/2 TEASPOON CHILLI POWDER
2 TABLESPOONS TOMATO KETCHUP
1 TEASPOON SUGAR
4 TEASPOONS OIL
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Steam the cauliflower in salted water. Stuff the cauliflower with the paste. Put the tomatoes in hot water. After 10 minutes, grate them. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook again for 2 minutes. Pour thesauce over the stuffed cauliflower. Sprinkle with the paneer and bake in a hot oven at 200c for 10 to 15 minutes.
