CAULIFLOWER SOUP [Calorie Count: 57]

Ingredients:


250 GRAMS CAULIFLOWER
1 SMALL CHOPPED ONION
3 TEACUPS SKIM MILK
1 TEASPOON BUTTER
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE


Preparation :
Put the cauliflower, milk and 3 teacups of water in a vessel and put to boil. When cooked, blend in a liquidiser. Strain. Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1/2 minute. Add the cauliflower and liquid and boil for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper
