(preparation time: 10 minutes, no cooking, for 12 parathas.)

Ingredients:


3 TEACUPS FINELY CHOPPED CABBAGE
2 TABLESPOONS CRUMBLED PANNER
1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED CORIANDER
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over the cabbage. Leave for 10 minutes and then squeeze out the water. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
