BAKED CANNELONI [Calorie Count: 113]
(preparation time: 20 minutes, cooking time: 30 minutes, serves 8.)

Ingredients:


FOR THE DOUGH
1 TEACUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
2 TEASPOONS OIL
SALT TO TASTE
FOR THE STUFFING
2 TEACUPS FINELY CHOPPED MIXED BOILED
VEGETABLES (FRENCH BEANS, CARROTS, CAULIFLOWER, GREEN PEAS)
50 GRAMS PANEER
1 CHOPPED ONION
1 TEASPOON CHILLI POWDER
2 TEASPOONS OIL
SALT TO TASTE
FOR THE SAUCE
1 TEACUP TOMATO GRAVY
FOR THE TOPPING
2 TABLESPOONS GRATED PANEER


Preparation :
Mix the flour, oil and salt. Add water and prepare a soft dough. Keep the dough aside for 1 hour. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 1/2 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute. Roll out the dough into small thin rounds of 100 to125mm. Diameter. Boil the water in a vessel and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Drop one round of dough at a time into the boiling water, cook for 1/2 minute and remove. Repeat for the remaining rounds. Fill each round with 1 tablespoon of the stuffing and rollup like a pancake. Arrange the canneloni on a greased baking dish and pour hot tomato gravy on top. Sprinkle the paneer on top. Bake in a hot oven at 200c for 10 minutes.
