Salman-Sushmita
Rumours are abuzz with the Salman Khan-Sushmita Sen liaison. How the two have become inseparable pals. And how there is something more to their good friendship. We all know how Sush could not even stand him while shooting for Biwi No 1. But after doing the Thums Up ad for which they were air dashed to virgin beaches of Bangkok, Salman Khan and Sushmita Sen felt they had a lot of things in common. Salman even made a point to attend Sush's birthday bash last year. Looks like the "world" is not enough for him, he now wants to take on the "universe" too! Well keep it going maybe the universe will take you in her arms and it will atlast be the world for you.

Rekha
Rekha has got the opportunity to feature in a Bachchan film. Only, her co-star this time around is Abhishek Bachchan.
That might not quite be the real thing but is Rekha complaining? As long as she gets to hang around a Bachchan, any Bachchan, she is happy.
In Ram Gopal Varma's next film, the 50-plus actress has been teamed with the actor in a "compelling suspense drama" which also features Urmila Matondkar, and in all likelihood, Vivek Oberoi in stellar roles. Who knows she may well turn out to be Abhishek's Lady Luck and help him resurrect his sinking career.
But with a title like Bhoot, wonder what the content of the film would be like? Hope Rekha isn't playing the title role!

Sush
The buzz is that the sultry Sushmita Sen is all set to play Sharon Stone?s part in Bollywood?s version of ?Basic Instinct?.
The film, to be directed by ace choreographer Farah Khan, will also star Shah Rukh Khan and Sohail Khan.
Shah Rukh will of course play the role enacted by Michael Douglas, while the role of Sohail has not been ascertained yet.
It would be interesting to see if Bollywood?s version will also be as steamy and thrilling as the original one.
And more interesting would be if Farah?s film will also have a lesbian love for Sushmita or not. Sharon had Leilani Sarelle playing her lesbian lover in ?Basic Instinct?.

Cannes Festival
Bollywood fever gripped Cannes on Thursday as art films gave way to the Indian musical, Devdas, a classic tale of doomed love set in a make-believe world of glittering palaces. The response to the movie was apparently encouraging although the final results can only be judged once reviews from the screening are printed. Its selection for screening out of competition at the world's most famous film festival comes on the heels of the Oscar nomination this year for another mainstream Hindi feature, Lagaan.
There was a large amount of buzz for Devdas, which has been heavily promoted at the festival, including live appearances by two of the film's stars, Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai.
Earlier Indian films at Cannes included stark tales of poverty, feudal oppression and unemployment made by renowned directors like Satyajit Ray, Shyam Benegal and Raj Kapoor.
Devdas, which took more than two years to complete, takes place in magical sets including a stained-glass house, a mirrored courtesan's chamber and a house with 180 pillars.

Jackie
Jackie Schroff is all set to train as a criminal - no, no he hasnīt joined the mafia, nor is he planning on diabolical schemes with a difference. This is just his forthcoming film - The Bottomline - based on the life of Charles Sobraj!
The film will not portray the exact biography of Charles Sobraj but is quite close to the real mccoy! Seems like Jaggu Dada enjoys roles with a grey-black shade with a relish!
